I recently had an assessment with Dr Nick and had a really positive experience. From the moment I enquired, he was very professional and helpful — he called me personally to explain the process clearly, sent all the documents over straight away, and managed to fit me in at short notice which I really appreciated.

During the assessment, he was friendly, approachable and made me feel completely comfortable opening up and talking honestly. The whole process felt supportive and reassuring from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Dr Nick to anyone looking for a professional and understanding psychologist.

After experiencing many traumatic experiences over a vast amount of years and never being able to deal with them I discovered Dr.Nick. Having difficulties in trusting people and sharing my experiences I felt very comfortable, although emotional in gaining support from Dr.Nick. He was professional, supportive and an expert in his assessment. I will always be grateful for him helping me take the first steps into my new way forward. Highly recommend his service.

I had Janet as my counsellor. It was for personal and relationship issues . I found Janet absolutely awesome I'm so glad I had the good fortune of having her . It was like speaking to a friend and not someone acting over professional where I would have felt judged or I'm going actually mad . I did get hint of her being professional ,so she can be if the settings are right But she knew just where to keep me to spill my thoughts and feelings out . I feel I'm in a much better place and moved on from what I went there for originally. And alot of what Janet said keeps resonating in my thoughts , which helps me realise my self-worth .
Thanks Janet I think you're awesome

I would highly recommend Oaktree Clinic. Oaktree Clinic threw me a lifeline when other dysfunctional systems around me had let me down. Dr Singh is knowledgeable and, without sounding cliché, I felt genuinely seen and heard which was significant after years of being overlooked/ignored by other medical professionals. I have also been impressed with the admin team. Overall, they are responsive and consistently answer my (many) questions. That said, I do think there is room for improvement in ensuring complex information is presented in a more neurodivergent friendly way, particularly given the type of patients they support. Their prices are competitive and reasonable for a private clinic. If you are considering Oaktree Clinic, I think they are well worth giving a shot.

This place has saved my life. I was under CAMHS as a child and was permanently in high anxiety and stress. I used to be violent to my parents and was finding life unbearable.
After my first appointment with Oaktree Connect my life and my family’s life changed. The doctors listened, were kind, no judgment etc. This was in 2022 when I was 15. I have now turned 18 and am under adult mental health care. It was a seamless transition and I don’t know what I’d do without Oaktree Connect
