Kudos to SK for opening early for the half marathon. We weren’t participating but we were leaving early for Gloucester and so getting in at 10am for a good brunch was perfect. We came here the day before for just toast and coffee but did a proper breakfast on Sunday. Lovely people, great service and really good food.

I had a fantastic experience at Medicine Bakery Birmingham. I ordered the Halloumi Brioche with a cappuccino, and both were amazing. The brioche was fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly prepared, while the cappuccino was smooth and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. A perfect spot for breakfast or brunch. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Birmingham for an extra night just to go back here for a second time. Breakfast here is just the Medicine to start a day in a fabulous way. Dog friendly too. Staff are absolutely delightful.

When we called late afternoon we indulged in the best ever toasted teacake and a gorgeous raspberry tartlette. Bliss
